St Aloysius College ( AUTONOMOUS) has been offering the Master's Degree in Computer Applications for the last 10 years. The MCA course is affiliated to Mangalore University and is approved by AICTE, Delhi. The College has excellent infrastructure for computer studies. The new IT Building, which houses the PG courses in Computer Applications(MCA,M.Sc-SoftwareTechnology, Bioinformatics) and MBA course was inaugurated by Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, the President of India on 28th March 2003. |

The IT Programmes and the MBA programme have moved to the NEW CAMPUS about 12 KM from the present location. This spacious campus has state-of-the-art facilities. All the first year MBA students are expected to stay on campus. There are paying guest facilites available very close to the new campus for the MCA students. The college has an excellent rapport with computer Industry, and the successful students will be automatically absorbed by the Industry for projects and placement |

SCHOLARSHIPS for deserving candidates based on MERIT-CUM-MEANS are availableApplicants are expected to submit the Application for FINANCIAL AID along with the application form. |

There is also special NRI (Payment quota) for a select number of seats. 10% of the candidates will be selected under merit cum need fee structure. Those candidates (local) who would like to be considered under merit-cum-need category should apply for financial assistance along with the application form. Financial Aid forms are available at the Centre office. Anybody giving, false information while applying for Financial Aid is liable to lose his/her seat. Students who have secured ranks in the degree level examinations are eligible for special scholarships. |
